About our foodbank
B30 Foodbank (now B30 and South Birmingham Foodbank) was set up by the B30 Churches Together network in September 2013 and is currently operating from the Cotteridge Friends Meeting House.
We are open two afternoons a week with a fantastic group of over 100 volunteers, who help at our warehouse, our supermarket collections, our twice weekly sessions and at various local events.
We also have links with over 250 organisations who distribute our vouchers to those who need 3-days’ worth of crisis food.
During 2021, we gave out 6,765 emergency three day food parcels including those to 2,307 children a total of over 95,257 kg of food.
