Kind-hearted knitting and crochet crafters have once again donated more beautiful, handmade blankets to foodbank clients, via Christine’s Wool Shop (Cityknits) on Bournville Green.
Shop owners Julie and Caroline have always crafted for charity and encourage their talented customers to do the same. So, for the second year running they put the call out to keen crafters and the wonderful results were passed on by Carol from Cotteridge. Carol is a keen crocheter herself and has already donated many hand-made, beautiful blankets.
Every blanket is given to someone in need and our volunteers can vouch for how much they are appreciated. You can feel the kindness in every stitch. Thanks to everyone contributing.
