Ian’s 70th sponsored half marathon!

Ian is a very long standing B30 volunteer and keen marathon runner. His message is below.  All support will be very gratefully received:

I am running the Birmingham half marathon on May 3rd in aid of B30 and South Birmingham foodbank, and am asking if you can support this much needed cause.

If I need an excuse, I have just turned 70, so will be creaking my way round the streets of Birmingham.

Unfortunately the need for emergency food is greater than ever, as economic pressures are tough, and donations are not covering essential outlay for the foodbank.

Anything you can give would make a real difference.
