Our thanks go to the wonderful Cadbury Athletic Football Team and managers who have done a big push and a fantastic collection for the foodbank at their latest match last Saturday.
Foodbank Volunteer Ian was on hand to help, together with Bournville Labour Cllrs Fred and Liz. Club Chair Bryan was on hand to add support, together with members and young players. Pictured are Alex and Hayley of Cadbury Athletic with the food donations and three young players, who also collected in school, Tomos, Louie and Manon.
The club also very kindly made a significant financial collection and donated most of the gate receipts. Thanks to everyone involved and who donated on the day and before, this collection and the cash donations will make a significant difference to a lot of people.
